Scripture of the day: "But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Take heed, keep on the alert; for you do not know when the appointed time will come. It is like a man away on a journey, who upon leaving his house and putting his slaves in charge, assigning to each one his task, also commanded the doorkeeper to stay on the alert. Therefore, be on the alert--for you do not know when the master of the house is coming, whether in the evening, at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning -- in case he should come suddenly and find you asleep. What I say to you I say to all, 'Be on the alert!'" Mark 13:32-37

Thought of the day:  Jesus predicted the signs of the times leading up to His return. He said that only the Father knows when He will be coming again in the clouds. Jesus gave strong warnings for all to be prepared. He said that all should take heed ... keep on the alert ... be on the alert. Jesus compared it to a man leaving on a journey after assigning each of his servants a task. They needed to be on the alert because they did not know when he would return.

Challenge of the day: Many have predicted the time of His return ... some even to the day or month. Don't take them seriously. No one knows but the Father. However, all the Bible's signs of the times seem to have happened. It could be today! But I don't know. And you don't know. There is one thing that you can be sure of ... you need to be on the alert for His return. Complete your task! Keep on the alert!
